What is Padel?
The social racket sport that’s taking Australia by storm.
Four players, glass walls, endless fun. Padel blends the best of tennis and squash into one incredibly addictive game that's easier to master and impossible to quit.
Simple. Social. Addictive.
How Do You Play it?
Simple rules, fast rallies, and fun from your very first hit.
Padel is incredibly easy to learn but endlessly entertaining to master. Here's everything you need to know to get started:
The Court: One-third the size of a tennis court, enclosed by glass walls and mesh that become part of the game.
The Racket: Solid, perforated paddles (no strings!) designed for control and precision. Easier to handle than tennis rackets.
The Ball: Looks like a tennis ball but with lower pressure, making it slower and more forgiving for beginners.
The Scoring: Identical to tennis—love, 15, 30, 40, deuce. If you know tennis scoring, you're already halfway there.
The Game: Always played in doubles with underhand serves. Longer rallies, strategic positioning, and constant movement.
The Walls: This is where the magic happens! Use the glass walls to create impossible angles, surprise your opponents, and keep rallies alive. Every shot becomes a tactical puzzle.
The Best Part: Most beginners are having genuine fun and competitive rallies within their first 30 minutes on court.
Why People Love Padel
Padel is known as “the world’s most social sport” — and once you try it, you’ll see why.
Easy to learn in minutes, not months.
Always doubles — connection over competition
Every age, every fitness level welcome
Great workout that doesn't feel like work
Fast rallies = constant laughs and action
Tennis players go crazy for it — your skills transfer perfectly, but the walls add a thrilling new dimension that'll push you out of your comfort zone
